In case you missed the findings published in a 2010 Newsweek story about "The Creativity Crisis", here is why southeast Wisconsin companies of all sizes should bring MPT's ARTCORPS CREATIVE programming to their work sites:
- IBM poll of 1,500 CEOs nationwide identified creativity as THE leadership competency of the future.
- Neuroscientists at major universities found American creativity declining.
- Asian and European countries have made creativity development their national priority.
MPT's ARTCORPS CREATIVE (AC) will develop and present customized creativity training to achieve company-directed HR objectives working directly with your management and/or human resources staff. AC programs can be designed to improve morale, productivity, communication and problem solving skills, establish wellness activities, and foster more innovative, competitive and profitable business models.
Programs will be customized to address the specific workforce training needs of each employer through a client-monitored process of development, implementation and evaluation. Fees for these programs will be determined by the range, scope and duration of services developed for each company.
