Community Residencies

Learning through the arts develops vital communication and team-building skills, increases emotional intelligence, and brings curriculum areas to life! Milwaukee Public Theatre residencies focus on long-term commitments with consistent, dedicated artist educators that come from diverse cultures and arts disciplines and like-minded community partners to provide equitable access to the arts with an emphasis on self-expression and self-representation. Residencies take place on site at community partner facilities and generally last between 6-12 months and most renew year after year.
